The From Grief to Gratitude Certified Coaches of The Institute of Professional Grief Coaching, it is our responsibility to not only help individuals navigate the wilderness of grief by offering coaching, education and support; but also, to help organizations become aware and understand the unspoken impact of grief so they are better able to create compassionate and grief informed workplace cultures.
